Engineer passionate about sustainable mobility and urban planning, I want to put my skills at the service of the residents of Plateau-Mont-Royal. My experience in communication, project management, and problem-solving allows me to propose concrete, effective, and sustainable solutions.
Involved within Projet Montréal, notably as a member of the executive committee of the Commission des Jeunes, I wish to deepen my political engagement by becoming borough councillor for the district of Jeanne-Mance, in order to bring an ambitious and realistic vision to the borough council, with the goal of making our neighbourhood even greener, more accessible, and more sustainable.
Significantly increase the supply of public housing:
Reserve residential buildings that can accommodate social housing (using the right of pre-emption)
Convert underused land into public housing
Work jointly with the central city to optimize the process for developing public housing, from land planning to groundbreaking
Maintain strict regulations on housing mergers
Continue to regulate short-term rentals such as Airbnb and ensure that the new by-law is enforced
